This is Jared, he is a super sweet and seriously funny guy. He is actually the second senior in his family that I have shot. I shot his older brother a couple of years ago and they are both so great to work with; they had me cracking up their entire shoots!

We started off with some stuff downtown so we could capture some of those more modern looks. For these we did super simple outfits, things that he would regularly wear so that he felt comfortable and confident. I always tell clients not to feel like they have to go out and buy a whole new wardrobe. A lot of times a plain tee and pants is exactly the look you want and its already in your closet! 

Next, we went out to his high school and shot on the track. He's a cross country runner and we really wanted to capture that part of his high school experience. It was an amazing sunset that day and we shot on the track, the bleachers, and the entry to get a variety of looks for his album!

Lastly, we headed out to the park to get some of those more traditional looks and he was able to bring his sweet sweet pup with him. I always love when seniors can bring their family pet! A lot of seniors tell me that their pet is their baby and going off to college and leaving them is one of the things they are dreading the most. If your pet is really special to you, then heck yeah, we should definitely shoot with them! How cool is it to have a photo of you and your favorite pet before you head off to college.
