Introducing the most bubbly, charming, sweet ray-of-sunshine Miss Ansley! This girl has the best laugh and just being around her makes you happy too! Her boundless energy and positivity made her just the girl to shoot through a very warm day for senior photos. We were shocked when her shoot arrived. We'd planned for a late fall session to try and avoid the heat, and yet somehow mother nature served up a 90+ degree humid Missouri day!

Ansley's senior session in Columbia, MO started out a bit differently than most others. As a swimmer, we had planned for shots at the pool, but she also was having her hair and makeup done for the photos. Well, no one want's to ruin a fresh hair and makeup job just a couple of hours later! We planned to shoot the pool portion of her session first thing in the morning, then break for lunch and hair and makeup, and then continue the downtown and outdoor portraits! It worked out perfectly and allowed us to get all of the perfect shots we needed without being rushed for time.

When you've spent the amount of time dedicating yourself to a sport like Ansley has, having senior portraits that capture your passion and hardwork is a no-brainer. Swimmers like Ansley spend their days getting up early for practice, going to school, having a second practice, then somehow finding time to stay on top of their studies. To have maintained this pace of life throughout high school is an accomplishment in itself, and should be celebrated!
