This crazy year has made the Class of 2020 Seniors (high school and college) have to quickly adjust to the new reality of online school, no prom, graduation ceremony, and so many other important events missed. My heart goes out to them, as they adapt and find their way to a new normal for their spring semester. In the spirit of better things to come, I wanted to share this session from last year with Lizzie!

We shot this session here in Columbia on the University of Missouri campus on maybe the windiest day of the spring! You'd never guess from how gorgeous Lizzie looks, though! This girl hopped up on the columns and rocked every pose, whether the wind was whipping her cap and gown around her or not! We shot at a number of locations around campus, then headed to her sorority house for some commemorative portraits in front of her house. Incorporating all of the elements that made your college experience so fun is what makes these sessions a MUST! Her younger brother even goes to MU, and was able to stop by the session so we could get a few shots of them together for their mom, who's in Colorado.

Being a senior photographer, a lot of people think that only means High School graduate sessions, but I love shooting portraits for college seniors, and they are just as important! That's why when things calm down and the world gets back to normal after COVID-19, we'll be offering some special sessions for college graduates who missed out on the final weeks on campus. More on that coming soon!
