Bennett was one of the first Class of 2019 seniors I got to work with this year, and what a way to kick off the season! He is a multi-sport athlete, which meant that earlier was definitely better so that he didn't have to miss practices, games, or work! We had a steamy June day for his session, but we kept cool by hopping into the car and moving from location to location, and keeping the time in the heat to a minimum!

Bennett is a super fun guy who has a love for Hawaiian shirts, especially on Fridays! When his mom sent me a shot of one and said "Can we work this in?" the answer was (of course) HECK YEAH! If your senior has something that they love we have to work it into the session! We shot Bennett's Hawaiian shirt, some casual looks, a suit (Yay!) and then some EPIC sports shots right here in the studio. Basically, it was a blast! Bennett's family is so easy going and fun, it seems like we spent the entire session laughing!

We're in full swing now for the Fall Senior Season! This rainy week here in Columbia has slowed things down a bit, but I am so thankful for the cooler weather that has come with it. Don't be surprised if you run into me and I'm doing all the fall things way too earlier. The studio will smell like cinnamon, or pumpkins, or a cinnamon pumpkin because Bath and Body Works got me again this year with all the new autumn scents.....

It's hard to believe that the final sessions for the Class of 2019 are booking now. Wasn't it just spring?! This has been a crazy awesome year meeting amazing seniors and creating so many new things! If you have questions about senior portraits, don't wait to get in touch!
